    In order to create Employer Branding BRAC has a plan to actively participate in Job Fairsof different public and private universities. BRAC is always interested to acquire competent candidates and follows a no discrimination policy. BRAC have already participated in the job fair of AIUB and NSU and has the desire to participate in all other job fairs of other universities in order to attract competent candidates for the organization.     In every district of Bangladesh BRAC have its own district representatives.These District representative works as the ambassador of BRAC and maintain liaison with the government and other organizations on behalf of BRAC.


    A direct network exists between BRAC’s HRD Head Office and 41 HRD Field offices. Information regarding new employees, transfer, training, etc. can be easily availed through HRMS software, and online EDMS can also be used from field as well. Institute of Education Development- BRAC University is now also a part of the Virtual Private Network.


    BRAC always wants its employees to grow and become more knowledgeable. For this reason BRAC arranges local as well as international training, workshops. So that employees can develop themselves and contribute more towards the organization and the society.


    HR International is now a part of HRD; BRAC is currently operating in 10 foreign countries.
